345 Construction offers you a 6-year Structural Guarantee (Guarantee) on your new home. This Guarantee is subject to the terms outlined in your Home Building Contract.

Enjoy the comfort of speaking directly with your builder about any concerns you may have, ask any questions so you are in the loop with every aspect of your new home. We’ll hold regular meetings on your construction site so you can see the progress of your new home before your eyes.

At 345 Construction, we guarantee you a high-quality finish that is free of any defects at handover. We can offer you a superior quality finish due to the limited number of projects we take on every year. We are able to give your project the time and attention to detail it deserves.

NO HIDDEN COSTS, WE USE FIXED PRICE BUILDING CONTRACTS

We provide detailed quotations for your new home and when it’s time to sign a building contract, you will sign a fixed price construction contract. This means that your price is final and includes everything in your contract.

No hidden extras and no surprises, guaranteed! Having a fixed price contract means you know exactly how much your new home is going to cost to build and the price cannot increase to include any unforeseen items.

 

A GUARANTEED HANDOVER DATE

345 Construction will guarantee the date we handover your new home. We will complete the construction of your home on time and as agreed in your fixed price contract which we anticipate will take 38 weeks. We understand that you’re excited to move into your new home and that you’re already planning upcoming holidays and events so knowing your move in date is critical at all times! There may be some delays that are beyond our control such as bad weather and delays with council approval. Unforeseen delays allow us to create extensions of time (Known as EOTs) and we can calculate a new handover date for you. Our priority is keeping you up to date at all times and to handover your new home when we say we will.
