To assist in your selections, and to relieve the stress if you engage 345 Construction as your builder, we offer a complimentary consultation with a Colour and Interiors Consultant to help you achieve the look you want. Colour selection and pairing can be overwhelming for many homeowners, and our consultant’s experience in colour can take a lot of guesswork out of your project. Applying their skills and knowledge of colour palettes and design will produce a visually pleasing environment for your home and the people that live there. Working with a variety of elements within a space, ranging from fabrics and furniture to paint swatches, their job is to take all the factors of your home, furnishings, and taste, and give you a combination of colours that will work best with your space, specifying what exact colours of paint and finishes to use throughout your home. They can work with you on both exteriors and interiors of your project. An exterior may include paint, paving, cladding or any other material around the exterior of a building whilst interior may include paint, fixed surfaces such as floors, countertops, joinery and basic furnishings and soft furnishings such as cushions and curtains.
